What services do you offer?

GUTTERS: Gutters Unlimited specializes in seamless gutters in both 6″ & 7″ for residential and commercial properties. We offer standard K-style gutter as well as the modern Box-style option.  All of these options are SEAMLESS. Specialty gutter available upon request.

GUTTER CLEAN OUT: Gutters Unlimited has a state-of-the-art clean out machine with high-powered suction for a quick and effective clean – it will even unclog the downspouts!  Nobody in town has a rig like this one.

LEAF PROTECTION: Years of experience has lead Gutters Unlimited to select the best leaf guard option for the Space Coast. We offer a wire mesh, powder-coated black leaf guard that pops right into the gutter and is secured into the hidden hangers. This design protects the gutter from filling with debris while still allowing the heavy Florida rain to flow into the gutter system. Beware of other options boasting a screen mesh option – these designs are expensive and tend to negate the purpose of the gutter system – which is to catch the rain!

SOFFIT & FASCIA: Gutters Unlimited offers high quality vinyl soffit and aluminum fascia installation.

Are the estimates free?

Yes. Our sales team is happy to provide you with an estimate at no cost. Please contact our office at 321-506-7000 to get set up for an appointment.

How long are the estimates valid for?

Estimates are valid for 30 days.

What is your wait time for installation?

Once an order is approved, our office will contact you with our current wait time. Times vary throughout the year. During our busy season (the rainy months), we may be as far as 4 months out, so please keep this in mind if you are planning to have any work completed at your property (ie re-roof, pavers, undergrounds, etc).

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We have all necessary requirements to operate on all city, county and state levels and we have ample general liability, auto and workers compensation insurance. Certificates are available upon request.

My HOA requires documentation for approval before we can hire a company. Can you provide these items?

Yes. Please submit an email request to our office to acquire any of the following: W9, certificates of insurance (auto, GL or workers comp), city and county tax receipts.

What is your warranty policy?

We are getting a new roof, should we have the gutters removed prior to the installation?

Yes. Typically, when a roof is replaced, significant damage is caused to the gutters. The roofers will partially remove the gutters and securing hardware, then nail them back into place, a practice we call “back-nailing”. This causes the gutters to loose their pitch and proper alignment which creates potential for overflow, standing water and leakage.

We’d like to have our gutters removed prior to our new roof and reinstalled. Do you offer that service?

We suggest contacting your roofer to see if they can provide the removal service for you – this is the easiest and most cost efficient method.

If your roofer will not remove the gutters, we would be happy to do it for you. Please just let us know when you make your initial call so that we may make arrangements – keep in mind, the time of year and wait time.

We do not, however, offer re-installation services. It is our professional recommendation to remove the gutters, dispose of them and install brand new after the roof is in place. Removing gutters and trying to preserve them for reinstallation is more costly and does not guarantee full function. It’s like removing a bandaid, its never the same after.

If your insurance company needs a written explanation regarding these recommendations, we would be happy to provide it to you on our letterhead.

Do you sell material only?

Materials are available for purchase in small quantities. If you’d like to purchase seamless gutter and/or the components, you must make arrangements prior to arriving. On-site drop off is also available.
